I am John M. Burnham, founder and author of powerstrokezone.com. I am an automobile engineer who has been in the industry for over 20 years with experience in diesel fuel systems, combustion engines and powertrain controls on gas and diesel vehicles.
I have a degree from The Ohio State University in Mechanical Engineering, obtained my Master's Degree at the University of Michigan-Dearborn as well as many other advanced degrees including one from Deutsche Automobil Schule (DAS) located near Munich Germany which is the premier school for automotive engineering education worldwide.
In addition to being an expert in combustion engines, I have also worked extensively with idle control system tuning on all types of engine platforms both gasoline and diesel related to. I’ve been in the automotive industry for 20 years, and I've never seen such a wide variety of products as there are today.
